Refund and Returns Policy For Blink-Ink

 

Introduction

At Blink-Ink., we take pride in the quality of our design and printing services. Our Refund and Returns Policy provides guidelines on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Customized Products

  • Due to the personalized nature of our design and printing services, products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within Two days of receiving the order with photographic evidence of the issue.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@blinkink.ca.

 

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 81 Stonemeadow Dr. Kanata, ON
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that any customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke nature, unless they are defective.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@blinkink.ca.

  • We reserve the right to update or change our Refund and Returns Policy at any time, and you should check this policy periodically.
